【講題大綱】
As artificial intelligence and data-intensive applications continue to evolve, the demand for faster, more efficient, and more durable memory technologies is growing significantly. Non-volatile memory (NVM) is emerging as a key solution to meet these demands. However, challenges such as write latency, high energy consumption, and endurance limitations may hinder overall computing performance.
This talk explores innovative approaches to addressing these issues effectively. By leveraging insights into memory characteristics and access patterns, these solutions enable more efficient and energy-aware memory architectures, paving the way for the next generation of high-performance and energy-efficient storage systems.
